Artwork, project photos, and uploaded content
You are responsible for having permission to reproduce logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, and other submitted material. You retain ownership of your submitted content. Unless you notify Rennspec in writing before production that the project is confidential or opt out where that choice is offered, you grant Rennspec a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, crop, and display submitted project photos and photographs or video of completed work for project evaluation, design, production, customer support, portfolio display, our website, social media, advertising, and other Rennspec marketing. This permission does not authorize Rennspec to sell your submitted files or knowingly disclose confidential business information. Ownership and use of custom design work are governed by the applicable project agreement.
